FOCUS: RACING SKILLS
If you can skate around the rink unaided, then come along and learn to skate FAAAST.
Have you ever wanted your friends to try speed skating? Invite them for a day out on the ice.

There is both off-ice and on-ice training.
Off-ice warm up starts at 14:45 (2:45pm)
On-ice starts at 15:15 (3:15pm) until 16:15 (4:15pm)
Off-ice cool down 16:15 – 16:45 (2:15pm – 4:45pm)
